Want to resurrect that old hobby or start a new one? Whatever your playing experience or lack of it we are waiting to hear from you! You are never too young or too old to learn how to play a musical instrument...
More...The founder members of Crich Brass, with the help of the landlady, first met at The Kings Arms in 2001. There were two Cornets and one Tenor Horn, and although this was a somewhat limiting combination compared to the original Crich brass band a good time was had by all.
Crich Brass made its official debut at Crich Carnival in 2002 and held its first official meeting early in 2003. From this humble beginning the band has gone from strength to strength. We now produce ensembles for four to sixteen players and have played at birthday parties, carnivals and concerts across Amber Valley.
Although we have our regular players, if you are interested in joining us and require further information then contact Lisa on 01773 880604 or 07871 232343 or just come along for a chat and a blow.
We meet every Tuesday evening in the upstairs function room at the Kings Arms, The Common, Crich from 7.15 pm until 9.15 pm. A warm welcome awaits all players so why not come along and make new friends or re-unite with old ones. Go on give us a try.
